Effective 13 July 2026, all RFQ responses must be submitted electronically through the CGS e-Procurement Portal. Manual, hand-delivered or emailed submissions are no longer accepted.
Existing suppliers (SAP vendor number starting with 80...) do not need to re-register. A system-generated password reset email will be sent to you by 17 July 2026 to activate your portal account.
If you have not received it by then, please contact eprocurement@geoscience.org.za and provide your CSD registration number (MAAA...). Please do not create a new profile, to avoid vendor duplication.
