Description : Appointment of a service provider to conduct a Board and Committee annual assessment through a questionnaire. The Board and Committees should perform an annual self-assessment at the end of each financial year to review the effectiveness and performance of the Board and Committees. The questions in the questionnaire should be based on corporate governance principles and best practice as contained in the Public Finance Management Act, the Geoscience Act, Committee Charters, and King IV.
