Social initiative - ADOPT A CHILD FOR CHRISTMAS

The staff at the Western Cape Unit of the Council for Geoscience once again opened their hearts and supported the "Adopt a child for Christmas" campaign, a project driven by Communicare.

The campaign, also supported in 2010, received strong support from the Western Cape Unit staff with 15 gifts donated to underprivileged children.

Annually, Communicare organises a Christmas party for these underprivileged children where the personalised gifts are handed over.
